Delivery Policy

We ship our sandals worldwide using express delivery. This typically takes 2-5 business days for shipments within the GCC countries and 7-10 days for international shipments. So please take that into consideration when awaiting your order.

We strive to dispatch your orders within one business day. This excludes sandals on pre-order, in which case the expected shipment date is indicated on the respective product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number. Moreover, we can only dispatch orders once our payment gateway has processed and approved your payment. If for any reason the payment is rejected or not authorized, then we will contact you via email to process the payment. It may take up to 5 business days to process payments.

You may also track your order at any time after placement on our designated order tracking page to learn more about its status/location.

All orders are currently dispatched from Saudi Arabia. For tax and duties purposes, when ordering from Saudi Arabia all taxes are included in the given price and no duties are charged. However, when ordering from any country outside of Saudi Arabia all prices are exclusive  of tax and duties. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected directly by the local government or by our shipping partner, on their behalf, at the time of delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate  them as they widely differ depending on your delivery country.

Please be advised that re-deliveries due to an incorrect shipping address are subject to a charge. We will contact you once this has been calculated for your specific order and location.
