Return Policy

At PROÉLEFSI, we strive to offer the best service possible to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your sandals for any reason, you may return them for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.

All returns within the GCC countries are free of charge. However, we do not offer free returns from other locations. Nonetheless, we do provide a return shipping label at a preferential rate, which will be the same as the initial shipping rate applied to your order. The cost of this new shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount. Please be advised that duties, taxes and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

To arrange a return, please send us an email with your order number and the item(s) you wish to refund on returns@proelefsi.com. We will send you a confirmation email with the return shipping label and the detailed procedure.

The item(s) must be returned unused and in perfect condition. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging (box and dust bag). Upon their receipt, all items are inspected by our customer service team before your refund is processed. Items returned to us not meeting these conditions will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

We will send you a second confirmation email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed from our side. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed as this varies depending on the credit card issuing bank. 

 

We currently do not offer an exchange service. However, you are welcome to refund your order and place a new one.

As for order cancellations, we try to accommodate as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Some products ship quickly, so we encourage customers to contact us as early a possible on customercare@proelefsi.com
