Where does PROÉLEFSI ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and upon dispatch you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
You may also check exactly where your order is at any time via our designated order tracking link.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1 business day. However, sandals on pre-order take longer and the estimated shipment may be viewed on the respective product page.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped express, which takes 2-5 business days for shipments within the GCC countries and 7-10 days for international shipments.
You'll be able to track your order from the moment it is placed until it arrives at your door step on our order tracking page. You may use your order details or the the tracking number received as part of your shipping confirmation email to do so.
Can I amend my order?
Please note that we are unable to guarantee order amendments, however, we will try to accommodate where possible. If you wish to amend an order, please reach out to customercare@proelefsi.com as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?

Can I change my delivery address?
As long as you have not received your shipment confirmation email, we are happy to change your delivery address. However, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible as there is usually a slight lag between the shipment going out and the shipment confirmation email. If you wish to amend a shipping address, please reach out to customercare@proelefsi.com
I received my order but it's incomplete or incorrect, what do I do?
Please contact our Customer Service team and they will make things right. They are reachable on customercare@proelefsi.com
I received my order and it's faulty/damaged, what do I do?
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the order at customercare@proelefsi.com in order to qualify for a refund. Please be advised that we cannot provide a refund after 14 day or if the item has been worn.
Does PROÉLEFSI collect value added tax or import fees?
We currently do not collect any taxes or import charges on behalf of any jurisdiction.
However, our customers may be subject to either taxes, imports or both by the country of delivery. Please note that any such charges will be either collected directly by the local government or by our shipping partner, on their behalf, at the time of delivery.
Is shopping online with PROÉLEFSI secure?
Yes, shopping with us is 100% secure. We use the Amazon Payment Services gateway to process all our orders. This means that all customer and card details are handled by them and securely processed within all government legislations. Should you have any specific concerns, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team.
Does PROÉLEFSI have any physical stores?
